    BeMobile Wireless Assistant Store Leader- Verizon Authorized Retailer

    Exceptional communication and time management skills.
    Must be able to manage multiple tasks with proper attention to detail in each task.

    Must be able to execute the Sales Process and Coaching Process fully to ensure it is being used within the store consistently.

    1-2 years Retail experience or relevant experience
    Store Leader
    Hours variable to complement SL schedule for Leadership to be in store for most hours of operation

    Assistant Store Leaders must be exceptional in selling and must help customers with their communication and connectivity needs by following the BeMobile Sales Process.

    You must be willing to help Sales Partners strive for excellent Sales Process execution and to satisfy industry, company, and location standards while maintaining performance objectives and performance targets.

    Understanding customers' needs and wants, personalizing and recommending the product or service available, closing sales, processing transactions, and collecting accounts receivable are necessary to accomplish these goals.

    On-the-Floor Coaching - Coaching consists of well-crafted, precision-based questions that guide a conversation and encourage people to develop their own problem-solving skills and amplify their self-awareness.

    Customer Outreach -This includes utilizing all software, resources and customer lists provided by BeMobile and Verizon to proactively communicate with customers for various initiatives and drive traffic to your location.

    This includes verifying that effective BeMobile Core Process coaching is in effect, monitoring customer feedback, addressing customer escalations, and constantly challenging yourself and Sales Partners to strive for improvement.


    Cash & Inventory Management:

    This includes accurately processing invoices, collecting, counting and providing change for transactions and handling and storing all cash appropriately per opening and closing procedures.

    This also includes applying promotions properly to customer accounts and confirming qualifications for the promotion are met to receive specific promotions.

    All Inventory, including customer trade devices, must be handled with all security measures in place including receiving inventory, processing, and storing so that inventory is not lost or stolen.

    Operational Efficiency & Compliance– Run day-to-day operations along with the ability to perform all responsibilities of a Sales Partner proficiently and also be responsible for assorted tasks including but not limited to:


    • Accounting tasks such as cash in, cash outs and daily deposits
    • Inventory-related tasks such as inventory counts, proper and timely submissions of RMA and warranty issues and monitoring proper inventory levels
    • Provide input and promote community involvement in marketing strategies
    • Compliant with operational guidelines set by BeMobile and Verizon such as account access and invoicing procedures
    • Completing assigned tasks from Store Leader or District Leader

    Store Cleanliness and Functionality:

    You must continuously monitor the overall store cleanliness both for an impressive customer experience as well as a satisfactory work environment for our employees.

    In addition, be attentive to making sure all fixtures, furniture, signs, security devices and display are working properly, or issues are communicated to the proper department.

    Attend all training and development webinars/meetings invited to per your role and position.

    Improve product knowledge related to your position and increase your skillset with tools provided by leadership, the Training Department, or self-education.

    Assistant Store Leaders are also required to exhibit the following:


    • Full-Time position; Assistant Store Leader is expected to consistently work 35-40 hours per work week

    Requirement:

    Must pass required MVR and Insurance guidelines per the BeMobile Vehicle policy to be eligible to drive to BeMobile events.

    Some training events are required.
