QUALITY CONTROL AUDITOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform vendor and Repair Station inspections and audits as required.
• Review Airworthiness Directives for applicability and compliance.
• Ensure tasks are accomplished following approved manufacturer's instructions and approved tech data.
• Ensure that all incoming parts and materials pass company inspection criteria.
• Ensure inspection and stockroom personnel are trained, proficient, qualified, and authorized to perform assigned tasks.
• Maintain calibrated tooling used in maintenance activities, ensuring it is in suitable condition and calibrated within established timeframes.
• Manage the stockroom shelf-life program.
• Administer RII (Line Maintenance Authorization) training and perform RII inspections as required.
• Monitor all aircraft maintenance records and forms to ensure proper completion of entries.
• Ensure compliance with approved maintenance programs and applicable CFRs during inspections and repairs.
• Update daily airframe and engine utilization in InterJet West's tracking system.
• Update engine trend data in InterJet West's tracking system.
• Conduct maintenance record retrieval and research for the Director.
• File and maintain aircraft records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years of technical experience within a Part 135, 125, 121, or 145. QC and/or QC experience preferred.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certificate required.
  
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and aviation maintenance tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations, Airworthiness Directives, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaborative skills. Able to work well in a small team.
  
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and passport.
• Must pass background screening and airport screening.
• Ability to frequently life up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to be on your feet or sit down for extended periods of time.
