- Control expenditures within the limitations of project budgets
- Provide support to factories to minimize production and maintenance problems
- Apply engineering expertise to equipment design and quality improvement
- Establish requirements and the process maps necessary to meet the customer's requirements
- Develop the project scope, justification, and factory impact
- Hire and supervise contractors in the scope of the project manager
- Maintain technical files for vendors and manufacturers
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of experience managing capital projects
- PMP or CM-certified
- Hands-on experience with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Process Safety Management (PSM) and Pre-Startup Saftey Review (PSSR)
