Job DetailsSwank Memory Center - Memory Care Physician OpportunityLocation: Wilmington, DelawareChristianaCare, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare innovation, invites you to join our Swank Memory Center-a multidisciplinary program dedicated to advancing the diagnosis and treatment of neurocognitive disorders, including Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. - Conduct thorough evaluations for patients with memory and cognitive disorders.
- Design and manage personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, compassionate care.
- Empower patients and families through education about diagnoses and treatment options.
- Completion of residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Psychiatry, or Neurology.
- Fellowship or experience in geriatrics and/or neurocognitive disorders is highly valued.
- Eligibility for Delaware medical license.
