    Position Summary:


    In collaboration with the Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Strategic Initiatives, the Strategic Initiatives Project Director will direct, manage, and support, the execution of multiple projects related to college-wide strategic objectives and initiatives at the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine (HCOM).

    To support both strategic execution and continuous quality improvement, this position will work collaboratively with multiple units and departments to ensure project alignment, sequencing, appropriate workflows, and administrative support focusing on strategic outcomes and the execution of deliverables.

    Primary Accountabilities

    :


    For identified projects, coordinate and manage resources and project plans, deliverables, milestones and outcomes, project reporting, documentation, testing and implementation.

    Set and maintain project momentum while adhering to a scope, schedule, and budget as formulated by HCOM leadership.

    Work collaboratively with departments, college constituents, as well as external stakeholders to ensure all project needs are being properly identified, tracked and planned.

    Project outcomes will be consistent with overall college strategic goals and in alignment with financial management expectations.

    Position will create collaborative and enhanced relationships and processes throughout the college, with multiple units, as well as with external partners.

    Position will work collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure projects support HCOM's strategic direction and that goals and objectives are aligned and integrated.

    Lead multiple project teams related to strategic objectives and initiatives.

    Plan, track, and follow-up on the many subprojects incorporated within the greater complex project.
    Conduct research into various resources to provide meaningful information, data, and recommendations to enhance project planning and outcomes.

    Lead multiple project teams related to strategic objectives and initiatives.

    Plan, track, and follow-up on the many subprojects incorporated within the greater complex project.
    Conduct research into various resources to provide meaningful information, data, and recommendations to enhance project planning and outcomes.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree

    10+ years related work experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
    6+ years work related experience

    3+ years management experience
    Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred
    Master's degree preferred
    Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

    The approved hiring range for this position is

    $68,299 to $92,205

    .

    Offers outside of this range of subject to additional approvals.

    The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate's education and experience in relation to the minimum qualifications for the position.
