Responsibilities:

Engage with customers and maintain sales floor operations
Share product knowledge and brand story with customers
Process POS sales accurately and maintain reporting
Participate in store build-out and visual merchandising
Support special events and daily store operations

Requirements:

Passion for customer service and hospitality
Excellent communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift
Use stairs and ladders based on location
Lift and carry up to 50lbs
