- Teach 4 sections of Spanish at varied levels in the Modern Language Department.
- Hold a degree in Spanish, education, or a related field. A master's degree is strongly preferred.
- Serve as an advisor to a group of students, shepherding their growth in partnership with their families and teachers.
- Participate in all department, divisional, and school-wide faculty meetings.
- Stay current with language teaching paradigms and methodologies, at local, state and national levels and share said practices with colleagues.
- Have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and work to create a supportive atmosphere and rigorous academic program in which all students will thrive.
