    You will be part of the Customer Support RUN Team whose mission is to maintain customer applications in Production, successfully deliver enhancements, updates and upgrades to customers, proactively monitor production environments and take actions to improve the overall user experience and the business value provided to our customers. The RUN Team operates with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency.     **Opportunity Statement**

    This is an exciting opportunity for a Solution Architect at Ivalua. You will present to our clients the new version of the application and its latest features, identify potential gaps between the clients existing application and the targeted version for the upgrade, recommend design changes to address these gaps, and coordinate with client throughout the Upgrade phase. Your excellent functional and technical knowledge of the Ivalua application will allow you understand the impacts of upgrading existing client applications, in order to propose the best possible migration. You will also be collaborating closely with the Customer Success Manager, the R&D Upgrade team and the RUN team to help them grow the value of the Application Upgrade for the clients and ensure eventually the success of the Upgrade in Production. You will be in charge of formalizing the macro-planning and migration path of the Upgrade guaranteeing good user experience, appropriate business coverage (non-regression and innovation), change management, high performance and security levels.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Present the new version to the customer for upgrades, and evaluate the impact of the upgrade for the existing features deployed in Production and the changes for the users

    Drive the sessions with the Customers to support their understanding of the new solution, promote the innovation in the new release and coordinate demo of the new release

    Address and document gaps between the new version and the version in Production. Detail the integration work and change management to be done on client side (with his partner). Coordinate internally all design sticky points during the Upgrade

    Document the Macro-planning of the upgrade and its content for the client and Ivalua

    Get the validation from the Customer on the new version and migration strategy

    Support the Ivalua upgrade team (R&D & RUN) during the upgrade phase to address any configuration / design / user experience issue and propose the migration solution

    Provide with PS/CS team a level of effort for enhancements requested by the Customer, out of scope of the upgrade, and propose to the Customer the Statement of Work.

    Mentor the RUN TAMs to handle design questions by themselves and ultimately contribute to solution architect tasks

    Interact with RD on product gaps to provide details on business needs and guarantee that the production solution will meet business needs and contribute to the Product Roadmap

    **Skills You Need to Succeed:**

    Deep knowledge of Ivalua solution

    Functional knowledge of Procurement & Finance (or Supply Chain) functions

    Ivalua certified both in S2C and P2P

    Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders

    Excellent communication skills

    Project Management experience is a plus

    English required

    Some travel on client sites (up to 20%)

    Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
