    Unit Description
    Sodexo is seeking a Patient Food Service Manager at Billings Clinic in Billings, MT. This strategic food service leader will direct and manage the patient feeding operations at this 304-bed hospital.

    This food service manager will lead, mentor and develop a team of frontline staff and supervisors and will work closely with nurses and patients to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations.


    The successful candidate will:
    lead the daily operations of patient room service dining program

    manage, schedule and train frontline team and supervisors

    coordinate department safety and sanitation

    ensure operating standards meet and exceed benchmarks

    engage with employees and promote an inclusive culture

    rounding with patients and nurses to promote and improve patient satisfaction

    We are looking for candidates who have:

    management experience in the food service industry

    experience leading a team in a kitchen environment and enforcing safety & sanitation protocols

    natural ability to lead and build teams and foster engagement

    a background as a Registered Dietitian (RD), Dietetic Technician, and/or Certified Dietary Manager is a plus, but not required


    Employees who work in Healthcare and Seniors are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19as a term and condition of employment, absent a legally required exception, and are required to report their vaccination status and upload proof of vaccination via an online portal.

    While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

    Qualifications & Requirements
    Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
