    Here is what you will be doing each day:
  • As our Kitchen Supervisor, you will be working with our Culinary team to assign and direct the work and train kitchen associates to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Inspect daily use records with the Executive Chef or Sous Chef so as to make sure that estimates are filled in correctly and associates are following these estimates as closely as possible.
  • Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
  • Attend all associates meetings, come up with sound suggestions on solving associates problems and promote and maintain effective communication between all of the food production areas within the kitchen.
  • Must be qualified/certified in food handling.

    For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $ $28.00 dollars per hour. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
