- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations, including inventory management, procurement, production and distribution
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Implement process enhancements to streamline operations, reduce costs and increase productivity
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify opportunities for optimization
- Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous learning
- Set clear goals and objectives for team members and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the operations team
- Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations
- Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive corrective actions
- Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment and materials, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring effective cost control and resource utilization
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements through strategic resource planning
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of success in optimizing processes and driving continuous improvement
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools and software applications
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operations management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
