    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Traveling Project Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects across multiple locations, ensuring successful completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

    This role requires frequent travel to project sites, working closely with teams to coordinate and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle.


    Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials to ensure timely project execution.
    • Oversee project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays to maintain project schedule.
    • Team Management:
    • Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals, milestones, and expectations.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations in all project activities.
    • Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify workmanship and compliance with specifications.
    • Implement corrective actions as needed to resolve any quality issues or deficiencies.
    • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
    • Monitor project performance indicators, proactively addressing any deviations from established targets.
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and financial records.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key metrics.
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

    • Proven experience in project management within the electrical contracting industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and industry regulations.
    • Ability to travel extensively and work effectively in diverse environments.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
