    Konica Minolta Field Service Technician

    We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology company and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Electrical/Mechanical Aptitude: Possess electrical/mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
    • Printing Knowledge: Familiar with printing from common business applications and graphics programs.
    • OS Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft OS peer-to-peer and MAC OS client-side environments.
    • Time Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize activities and schedule to achieve effective results.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including teamwork and professionalism.
    • Territory Management: Understand territory parts budget and inventory control.
    • Software Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Word and Excel, as well as assist in creating equipment deployment guides.

    Qualifications:

    • Certifications: Pass background, security, and drug tests, as well as possess valid certifications (Outward Associate, Outward Professional, Outward Expert - Color, Outward Expert - Production Print).
    • Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required; Technical School training preferred.
    • Experience: 2-3 years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment, certified on N+ or equivalent, and additional IT certifications/training a plus.

    Benefits:

    • Sign-on Bonus: $1,500 sign-on bonus for all direct service positions, with $500 payable on the first paycheck following start date and additional $500 increments paid at 3 months and 6 months.
