Corporate FP&A Analyst - Ripon, United States - Alliance Laundry System

Description

Overview:

The corporate FP&A Analyst supports in delivering budgets, forecasts, analysis of expenses, and other financial projects for the Company.

• Assist with the preparation of monthly business performance package.
• Partner with Commercial & Manufacturing organizations in expense analysis and control. Ensure appropriate variance explanations are captured as needed. Identify and communicate all risks and opportunities.
• Support set-up and validation of the new business processes and their integration within existing company structure to ensure transparent and consistent results.
• Designated business partner for supporting corporate functions.
• Propose and assists with implementation of system enhancements, department efficiencies and development of policies and operating procedures for the organization.
• Ensure the application of efficient and effective financial and operating controls within the Company.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in relevant field strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Skills and Abilities:

• Results oriented with strong attention to detail to ensure deliverables are submitted in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and carry out simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization through strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of data to analyze, interpret, and present in concise audience appropriate way.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional business partners.
• Knowledge of SAP, a plus.
