Soliant Health iscurrently seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Moorhead, Minnesota. As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized support and fostering a positive learning environment for students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide differentiated instruction to address diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
• Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture that promotes inclusivity and acceptance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Minnesota teaching certification in Special Education.
• Strong understanding of various special education needs and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent munication and collaboration skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with special needs.
