- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and presentations for various levels of the organization including investors and lenders, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations on recurring and ad hoc bases.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and performance metrics tracking to evaluate the financial performance of real estate assets and support departments to identify key drivers of performance, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Data Validation and Documentation: Validate and own financial data, dashboards, and financial reporting and clearly and concisely document and support underlying assumptions and analytical outcomes.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for properties and portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market trends.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to analyze existing assets as well as investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and valuation models.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, corporate services, asset management, and property management to gather relevant data and insights, understand market drivers, and ensure alignment of financial goals with operational strategies.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as required, providing insights to address specific business questions or challenges.
- Process Transformation: Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and continue to scale the organization for enhanced efficiency, effectiveness, and continued growth.
- Ability to think critically, analyze data, and consider multiple data-points.

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Previous Real Estate experience is a plus but not required.
