    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator to develop a new business in Dallas. This position is responsible for generating new business for Grand Pacific and cultivating relationships with prospects. You must be familiar with the real estate market in Dallas and other cities nearby. If you are looking for a rewarding career, start your application today

    Compensation:

    $100,000 at plan earnings

    Responsibilities:
    • Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans
    • Establish relationships with loan brokers
    • Analyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknesses
    • Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations
    • Determine appropriate loan structures and pricing
    • Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs
    • Coordinate with all parties to facilitate loan closing, as needed
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Minimum 2 years of commercial lending experience required
    • Experience in construction loans preferred
    • Ability to analyze financial statements
    • Must be familiar with the real estate market in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio
    • Strong credit analysis and accounting background
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong client relations skills
