    We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and organized individual to serve as our Compliance Specialist. This role will be based out of our conveniently located Union, NJ office.

    The Compliance Specialist is a key member of the Legal & Compliance team, responsible for all aspects of the licensing process for new and existing professional licenses and program credentials.

    You will assist in ensuring that the company continues to meet our stringent compliance standards.

    Affiliateds Legal & Compliance team is a tight-knit group of dedicated professionals who support core business growth through collaborative partnerships.

    Led by our General Counsel and supported by an associate attorney and a credentialing specialist, they are a true partner to the business.

    A people development mindset ensures the team is able to invest in themselves and grow to their full potential within the organization.


    What you will do:


    Maintain professional licenses of the company and our employee license holders across the United StatesTrack and calendar new and renewal licensing applicationsManaging annual and quarterly audits for licenses and professional credentialsAssist with contract administration and trackingTrack and approve municipal invoices for professional licenses, registrations, and other feesAssist with special projects for the Legal & Compliance teamSuccess in this role looks like:Effectively communicating compliance requirements and expectations to stakeholders across the organizationBuilding a culture of compliance within the organization, where compliance is seen as everyones responsibilityAdaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement in an ever-evolving compliance environmentDemonstrate ability to manage documents, track deadlines, conduct research, and maintain confidentialityRequirements: Experience in an office environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills?Attention to detail with a bias to action and finding answersAbility to function as a true team player and perform in a fast-paced environment?Bachelor's Degree required?BenefitsAffiliated Monitoring is proud to offer full comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401(k)-retirement plan, company-paid life insurance, and more.
