    WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

    To excel in the role of Full-Time Welder at Viking Group, candidates should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a production multitask environment, demonstrating the ability to thrive under time constraints. Previous welding experience is advantageous, and the willingness to pursue certification is a plus. Basic arithmetic skills are necessary, as you will be required to work with whole numbers and decimals, along with the ability to accurately read a tape measure in 1/4" increments. Adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding industry standards are essential qualities for success in this position.
