We are seeking an analyst to join our team in Costa Rica. The successful candidate will work within a small project team to analyze data, evaluate results, generate actionable insights and recommendations, and deliver these to clients.

Your Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients to gather data, conduct research, and perform quantitative analysis.
Working closely with our banking clients and potentially traveling to client sites across Latin America.
Becoming an expert in the data and topic through projects that typically run for 6 months.

Requirements:

Fluency in English (both written and verbal), Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Recent graduate or up to 18+ months of experience in data analytics, strategy, financial services, or consultancy.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Great interpersonal communication skills, exceptional ability in writing, and client-management.
Ability to manage your time to produce high-quality work according to deadlines.
