- Management for outgoing/incoming assets in database repository
- Work with hardware vendors, Asset Supply Management/engineering teams on the details of the orders and technical hardware configurations
- Provide updates on gaps, issues, trending, other pertinent issues as day-to-day exceptions are addressed
- Audit storage rooms to ensure accurate inventory and reporting is an essential function of this role
- Perform monthly and quarterly asset audits in compliance with financial standards

Description
As an intermediate Data Center Logistics Specialist L2, you will be working in a Data Center on a team of Data Center Logistics Specialists and Leads in collaboration with Data Center Lab Technicians.
You will work Onsite Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm (MST) supporting inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, daily logistics activities, and documenting processes.
You will also collaborate and communicate with adjacent Logistics Specialists, Data Center Lab Technicians, Leads, Engineering staff, Management, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products about information related to the products.
You will support both local and regional teams with logistics related requests and requirements. You will also be involved in inventory audits and be responsible for inventory discrepancies and remediation. Day-to-day, this person will be utilizing Sunbird, among other applications, to track incoming, current, and outbound assets.As an intermediate Data Center Logistics Specialist L2, you are expected to possess superior knowledge and experience working in Data Centers, with inventory, logistics, and related knowledge.
Work Environment:
The Data Center Logistics Specialist L2 will be expected to lift equipment of up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.
Although this person will be working alongside a team of Data Center Lab Technicians inside multiple facilities, they must be comfortable working independently in storage rooms.
