    Remote- Must live in FLORIDA

    Position Overview: The Advancement Coordinator will provide direct administrative support to the Chief Advancement Officer on day to day functional tasks and special projects as well as general administrative support to the Advancement team.Pace's Advancement team is responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation of the organization's brand and fundraising efforts to strengthen the base of financial support and sustain Pace Center for Girls operations and long-term stability. Advancement team activities include but are not limited to: donor cultivation and stewardship, marketing and public relations, social and fundraising events, direct mail campaigns, Internet and Social Media communications and management of donor records and volunteer programs. This position will also provide general support to the Advancement department as a whole.

    Roles and Resposibilities
    • Administer Pace's donor database, Raiser's Edge NXT, including gift entry, record management, donor acknowledgements, and follow-up.
    • Evaluates and respond to database errors and malfunctions; work to correct problems while minimizing system downtime.
    • Manages and implements acknowledgement letter process, pledge fulfillment and invoicing, and responds to inquiries from donors.
    • Create invoices, new records and update records for constituents.
    • Assist wth training and support to Headquarters and Center staff to ensure appropriate and effecive use of Raser's Edge NXT database.
    • Accurately conducts and reviews global imports and changes to data.
    • Collaborate with the IT Department, coordinates software updates and conducts periodic systems and function review.
    • Develop systematic organized coding structures for the collection of gift activity and donor detail and ensures data integrity by actively updating records.
    • Lead and run an annual audit of the database and works with the appropriate staff to discuss and correct errors or discrepancies.
    • Stay current in the fundraising area, particularly in regard to reporting standards, database management and federal privacy regulations, as well as technological advances as they pertain to development reporting and data needs.
    • Maintain security and integrity of Raiser's Edge NXT database.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    Required
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Work experience within a nonprofit organization environment.
    • Strong commitment to and passion for the mission and values of Pace Center for Girls and the Advancement team.
    Other Qualifications
    • Must be able to travel by automobile, plane, train, etc.; ability for overnight travel required.
    • Must work evenings and weekends as requied to fulfill workload requirements.
    • Current driver's license required.
