    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

    This is a permanent, full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in a diverse range of litigation matters.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense, civil litigation, product liability, construction law, and professional liability.

    This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and who is looking to take their legal career to the next level.

    Provide legal counsel and guidance on a variety of legal issues, including insurance defense, civil litigation, product liability, construction law, and professional liability.

    Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
    Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
    Stay updated on current legislation and legal developments relevant to our practice areas.
    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    Must have an active license to practice law in the state.

    A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, product liability, construction law, and professional liability.

    Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
    Strong research and report writing skills.
    Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases.
    Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Commitment to adhere to legal principles, professional ethics, and company policies.
