We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at {company}, a faith-based half-day preschool in Fort Mill.

This role involves working in a variety of rooms, five days a week, providing a Christ-centered environment for children. You'll support teachers with groups or one-on-one sessions, fill in during teacher absences, and foster positive relationships with staff, parents, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a Safe and Engaging Environment: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children while promoting social and emotional growth.
• Support Teachers: Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver high-quality education and care, adapting to individual needs as required.
• Floater Role: Fill gaps in classrooms during teacher absence, ensuring seamless continuity of care and education.
• Develop Positive Relationships: Build strong working relationships with colleagues, parents, and administrators, fostering a supportive community.
