    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a highly motivated Channel Partnership Manager to join our team and help expand our business in all market communities The successful candidate will have the opportunity to identify and develop partnerships within the industry, with key players, to promote and sell our products and solutions.

    Responsibilities:
    • Create a vision and strategy for your book of business in collaboration with sales and the global strategic partners.
    • Identify and target potential opportunities across financial communities to establish partnerships that drive revenue and strategic growth for LSEG.
    • Develop and execute partnership agreements with key players in the industry, including financial institutions, compliance firms, and other relevant organizations
    • Work closely with the sales team to leverage partnerships to increase opportunities with redistribution, co-sell, re-sell, and service facilitator solutions.
    • Identify and implement joint marketing activities to promote the company and its solutions to the target market
    • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships with key players and stay up-to-date with industry trends
    • Collaborate with a variety of internal teams, including product, marketing, and legal, to ensure successful partnership execution
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
    Requirements:
    • BA/BS Degree
    • 7+ years confirmed ability in business development, partnerships, and/or sales in Fintech or Financial Services.
    • Proven track record of establishing and executing successful partnerships that drive revenue growth
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with Partnership models and process is a plus

    Compensation/Benefits Information (New York applicants only):

    LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $110,200 - $204,800.

    Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
