Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Package Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at O'Reilly Automotive. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise;
Perform inventory management tasks, including counting, checking, and verifying stock levels;
Load merchandise onto pallets or into totes for shipping;
Assist with order selection and fulfillment;
Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Compensation: $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
