    Job Details:

    • Work Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
    • Four 10-hour shifts per week with call responsibilities
    • Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
    • Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics
    • Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
    • Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
    • Participate in evidence-based practice, nursing research and performance improvement activities
    • Serve as preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses and staff
    • Work in fast-paced environment with ability to respond to emergencies in decisive, composed manner

    Required certifications:
    RN license (single state or multi-state compact), BLS certification


    • Associates or Diploma in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred)
    • Less than 1 year experience required with direct patient care experience preferred
    • Must possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent time management, and interpersonal collaboration abilities
    • Ability to read, write and speak English with basic computer skills required
