    Responsibilities:

    • Generate proposals, including obtaining quotes from suppliers/subcontractors and preparing documentation.
    • Set up approved jobs, process orders for equipment and materials, record purchases/deliveries, and coordinate scheduling with technicians, customers, and property managers.
    • Dispatch trouble calls and create technician tickets in the system.
    • Receive shop deliveries, notify the relevant staff when equipment arrives, and submit packing slips to accounting.
    • Schedule pick-ups using driver calendars.
    • Serve as a central point of support, answering questions, providing repair histories, tracking equipment deliveries, and liaising between technicians, suppliers, and customers.
    • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Word/Outlook.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and formatting).
    • Basic math skills (order of operations, calculating markup, taxes, overtime).
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize.
    • Strong verbal and written communication; personable and customer-focused.
    • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently/with a team.
