- The Registered Nurse provides care in a systematic way in an outpatient setting
- Incorporates differences into the provision of care while integrating knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the needs of patients
- Incorporates data and information to improve care and enhances outcomes while ensuring improvements in practice settings
- Performs essential duties necessary to clinic or non-acute operations to include taking vitals, stocking exam rooms, giving vaccines, blood draws, etc
- Formulates plans of care based on trends of similar patients including patient education
- Adapts standards and guidelines for individual patients
- Makes independent clinical decisions based on knowledge drawn from education and experience
- Works with the customer and healthcare teams to achieve maximum productivity
- Documents all patient care activities as per customer documentation standards
- Assists the healthcare team with the documentation process
- Acts as a clinical resource and serves as a mentor to healthcare team members while displaying leadership behaviors
- Performs other duties as assigned
- TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in any of the 50 states or DC.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences, both in person and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration and teambuilding skills, and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong customer service skills.
- Keen flexibility and creativity; ability to identify and respond to evolving priorities and identify solutions to problems.
- Strong organizational skills, sound judgement, and flexibility to adapt and adjust to changing priorities.
- Ability to plan, set goals, and determine strategies for accomplishing results, as well as monitor, evaluate and report on progress towards goals.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87, $157,450.00
