- Perform various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, etc.
- Ensure timely completion of apartment make-ready work and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
- Handle service requests in occupied apartments according to company standards.
- Maintain the property to enhance resident satisfaction and meet occupancy goals.
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs and repair mechanical systems.
- May also perform groundskeeping duties when necessary.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain professional knowledge.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist with assigned duties.
- High School Diploma or GED with two years of related gardening or groundskeeping experience.
- Ability to operate hand tools and equipment used in groundskeeping.
- Follow detailed instructions effectively and operate a motor vehicle.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, deal well with colleagues and the public, and perform physical tasks.

Job Summary: The Roving Maintenance Technician will provide maintenance services across multiple counties. Working within a large team, they will handle daily work orders under their supervisor's guidance. Upholding professionalism and company policies is essential for this role.

Position Type: Hourly/ Full Time
Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour + Monthly Auto Allowance
Locations: Los Angeles/Southbay/Long Beach, CA
