Job Summary
This position has overall responsibility for the functional area of codes and certifications in support of Killark brands serving the industrial and commercial markets.A Day In The Life
Organization and administration of approvals, certifications, documents, site certifications, etc. and cooperation with the notified bodies / conformity assessment bodies.
Work in conjunction with New Product Development Engineers to support third party product safety certifications.
Follow activities in wide variety of organizations; NEMA, UL, CSA, NFPA (NEC), CEC, IECEx, ATEX as examples.
Become well versed in the applicable third-party safety standards to support our project portfolio.
