- Act as the main contact for research teams at Flatiron Clinical Research Network sites, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement with our research products
- Support the success of clinical studies by coordinating with internal and external teams, as well as driving interest and participation from research teams
- Work with research teams to implement new features and optimize tool usage at network sites
- Advocate for research teams' technology needs internally to shape product roadmaps
- Assist in operationalizing approaches for user engagement and support internal initiatives
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance site engagement and analyze end-user behavior performance
- Ensure clinical oversight in clinical trial projects and feature work in partnership with Clinical Oncology
- Travel on an as-needed basis across the United States approximately once a month
- 3-4 years of experience in clinical trial operations and client management, with a strong operational mindset
- Familiarity with clinical trials operations in Oncology and experience in client management/customer success
- Exceptional project management and operations skills, ability to build relationships, and maintain project accountability
- Comfortable working with technology and eager to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize effectively, excellent communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for leveraging technology to enhance healthcare
- Experience in managing clinical trials at community oncology sites or similar
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidance and clinical trial management systems
- Oncology background and experience working in various clinical trial organizations
- Knowledge of clinical trials management and electronic data capture software systems
- Work experience in cancer clinical trials or related organizations
