As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our messaging infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary architect and administrator of our messaging systems, particularly within the Microsoft 365 environment.
Lead email migration projects with precision and efficiency, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 administration, leveraging your expertise to optimize system performance and security.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging solutions into existing infrastructure and workflows.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.


Qualifications:
Extensive experience as an M365 Global Admin, with a deep understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and related technologies.
Proven track record of successfully managing and executing email migration projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of messaging protocols, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as


MCSE:
Messaging or equivalent are a plus.
