    Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Project Manager to work in Warner Robins, GA supporting Special Projects engineering and technical services.

    This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the TACMOR Network Services program install a critical infrastructure and network with operations located worldwide.

    In this mission we provide technical system integrity and information assurance services to customers CONUS and OCONUS in support of network and information security systems for multiple closed user groups.

    We maintain and enhance the information systems and networks for the Specialized Management Branch that are already fielded and currently in use.

    We provide a broad range of technical support to provide system enhancements, software installation, integration, testing, and deployment.

    You will provide project leadership during all phases of the program: requirements, design, build, test, and maintenance and operations.

    You will be leading a team of network engineers, cyber security officers and specialists, configuration managers, info security specialists, and software developers.

    You will be planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to ensure the systems are maintained and available.

    The Special Projects secure communications and data transfer network consists of a series of secure networks which includes:

    Special Project Closed User Group (SPCUG), Engineering Closed User Group (ENGCUG), Logistics Closed User Group (LOGCUG), and the TACMOR Closed User Group (TCUG).

    These CUGs are in the operations and sustainment phase.

    You will lead efforts that will be sustaining secure communications operational data transfer between various CONUS and OCONUS sites with security adequate to protect information; and, providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) documentation and training while maintaining all infrastructure in the same baseline configurations as dictated by the Information System Owner (ISO) and user communities.

    This position reports directly to the Leidos TACMOR Network Program Manager.
    Manage a small team to maintain and enhance the CUG information systems and networks.
    Lead, direct and review the work to ensure high quality products are delivered to the customer.
    Hold project team meetings, manage tasks and workload, manage resources to ensure work is delivered on time
    Develop monthly status reports and maintain a risk register
    Prepare briefings and assist the PM with collecting data to generate reports
    Provide support to the TACMOR PM for program planning and cost estimating

    Ensure the systems are properly maintained and updated to address vulnerabilities, meet all cybersecurity requirements, ATO packages are submitted on time, systems are backed up and configuration baselines are tracked and managed.

    Provide guidance to establish and maintain SOPs, user documentation, and training material.
    Lead the team to provide architectural and technical guidance and recommendations for securing systems and networks
    Cross-train and mentor other staff members as needed
    Interface with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel
    A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience, or 12 years of experience without a degree.
    Experience with program management
    Experience managing and leading small teams

    Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of system integration activities.

    Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    Ability to travel when needed by the program.
    PMP Certification
    Bachelor's degree in Business or Administration
    Experience working as a program manager in a DoD Program Office
    Experience using agile methodologies.
