    Business Development & Sales for Restoration Construction

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and customers
    • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging sales materials
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience with restoration projects
    • Experience working with insurance companies and customers
    • Must have sales experience
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
