We are seeking a candidate for Sales / Business Development Associate; join our team

Responsibilities:
Create new connections and relationships to further company growth
On site sales for residential restoration projects.
Maintain company vehicle.
Cold calls and lead development.
Track weekly results and trends for business forecasting.
Establish sales goals and metrics
Resolve escalated customer complaints and be a problem solver.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
Have experience with HubSpot and Sales Force.
