- 5 + years insurance experience in Property Insurance
- Detail oriented and already a licensed Property and Casualty insurance professional
- Must be a commercial property specialist or at least have heavy large accounts property experience
- Flood insurance experience preferred
- Candidate can be from an agency or broker but can also come from a carrier, MGA or wholesaler
- Excellent writing skills and communication skills are necessary, as the selected candidate will be communicating with bankers and occasionally with lawyers to close large loans

Description
We are seeking an Account Manager for our Capital Markets Consulting Group. The selected candidate will work with lenders/major banks to make sure the banks' clients / borrowers insurance coverage meets or exceeds the lenders insurance requirements in their loan documents for loan closing.

The Role
The position entails communicating with our commercial lending clientele via e-mail and phone, as well as communicating between various insurance brokers across the US, via e-mail and telephone to obtain insurance documentation from the respective insurance brokers which confirms certain mandatory insurance coverage is currently provided under their borrower's insurance program, as respects their specific loan. The position will also include participating in conference calls with our lending clients to explain the potential shortfalls in coverage currently provided under the borrower's current insurance program.
