- Provide primary care behavioral health consultations and short term interventions that include psychopharmacology stabilization.
- Provide consultation to primary care providers, nurses and clinical support staff.
- Demonstrate professional ethics and behavior and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain professional competence through remaining abreast of current research, legal requirements, evidence-based practices, and technology.
- Consultation and contact with North Star School Based Health Centers, outside agencies and schools.
- Risk assessments (risk to harm of self and others) and collaboration with medical providers as needed.
- Execute responsibilities efficiently and in an organized manner. This would include maintaining electronic medical records.
- Licensed in Vermont and New Hampshire as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
