    Aseptic Material Handler Job Description

    This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment as an Aseptic Material Handler. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Punctual onsite attendance and adherence to site protocols
    • Accurately prepare compounded sterile preparations according to batch record instructions and internal SOPs and cGMPs
    • Demonstrate appropriate cleanroom behavior and aseptic technique
    • Safe and accurate operation of all compounding equipment according to policy and procedure
    • Maintenance of applicable logbook and batch record paperwork adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)
    • Aseptic qualification and equipment qualification protocols execution as required
    • Aseptic and gown qualification maintenance
    • Environmental monitoring samples collection and other quality checks as necessary
    • Process issue escalation to area supervisor or designee
    • Clean Room areas thorough cleaning and disinfection per internal SOPs
    • Daily good hygiene practices prior to coming into work

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 1 Year of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience under cGMP guidelines
    • Essential oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to document process issues clearly and concisely in accordance with cGMPs and SOPs
    • Common sense understanding for instruction application furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
    • Problem examination and recommendation for corrective action ability
    • Comprehension and following of all applicable SOPs
    • Continuous exertion requiring heavy lifting of 5 - 40 pounds
    • Long periods of standing required
    • Necessary PPE wear
    • Cleanroom environment work with company-issued scrubs, hood, coverall, boots, gloves, and goggles
