    The Government-Funded Customer Service Agents will guarantee accurate and timely collection and analysis of the Federal LifeLine Program data for monitoring progress towards meeting goals and reporting to agency funders.

    Responsibilities as a Government-Funded Customer Service Agent:

    • Work with the Territory Sales Representatives to secure new clients and to protect existing clients from competitors
    • Empathize and deescalate consumer concerns with sincerity, understanding, and care
    • Create, distribute, and collect records of program participants
    • Utilize tools and resources given by the company to effectively educate consumers on the advantages provided by the Federal Lifeline Program
    • Greet and assist community members in the division/program
    • Provide general assistance to the members of the division
    • Represent the company and client in a professional and business manner
    Government-Funded Customer Service Agent Qualifications:
    • 1 year of account management/customer service/sales experience
    • Must be able to follow directions and work as a team
    • Tech skills to include tablet navigation, spreadsheet, email, and internet usage
    • Superior organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Must have strong oral communication skills
