What would I be doing?

• Operate Xactimate and interpret documentation to write accurate invoices and estimates in an efficient manner
• Ensure complete compilation of all documentation necessary on loss (photos, invoices, checklists, reports, etc.)
• Organize invoice and estimate documentation
• Maintain an adequate knowledge of the mitigation and rebuild processes
• Implement and adapt to exclusive partnership invoicing terms and conditions
• This is an in-office position, primarily because we want you to be actively involved and engaged in the Entrusted culture that makes us unique
• Develop skills and experience for future growth opportunities within Entrusted.

What skills does it take to win?

• Proficient in Xactimate and/or Symbility
• High level attention to detail
• Knowledge of interior construction, including processes and terms
• Being a learner; being teachable
• Organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable using technology, proficient with spreadsheets
