    As a part of the IT Exploration and Development Team, the Senior Analyst works directly with stakeholders on a variety of application and data-related projects.

    The Senior Analyst will play a key role in system upgrades, data integration, and process improvement initiatives.

    This role will also have a significant focus on user support and data quality control for Quorum and other systems.

    Serves as a resource within functional area. Guides others in resolving complex issues; may lead functional teams or projects. Advanced knowledge of fundamental theories, principles, and practices in the area of specialization. Solves complex problems without precedent and/or structure; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. Works independently, with guidance in complex situations.
    Duties and Responsibilities
    Manage Continental Resources' Quorum Land System, Quorum Land Acquisition Application, and other in-house developed Land applications.
    Support the implementation of software, new features, and system upgrades.

    Partner with business users to define requirements and make recommendations on how to enhance, refine, or re-engineer business processes leveraging technology.

    Provide technical support of Quorum and associated applications.

    Document Standards and Procedures – Maintain documentation on standards and procedures for use by both support resources and end users.

    Training – Facilitate training on Quorum Land System and other applications as needed.
    Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity – Support CLR's business continuity through the design and support of appropriate disaster recovery plans
    Perform Root-cause analysis and resolve technical issues within Quorum and other Land software solutions.
    Work with management to prioritize and communicate development needs and status.
    Understand data/software usage patterns and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
    Identify and define process and technology improvement opportunities.

    Proven working experience as a data, system, or business analyst on multiple project teams.
    Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Spotfire, Power BI, etc.) and relational databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.)
    Knowledge of Windows Server administration (Server 2016, 2019, etc.)
    Ability to develop scripts utilizing PowerShell.
    Adept at data gathering, database queries, report writing, and presentation.
    Aptitude to learn new concepts and technologies quickly and with minimal direction.

    Required Qualifications
    At least five (5) years of recent related experience working in a systems analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
    Strong SQL Server skills (writing queries, creating views, stored procedures and event triggers)
    Experience supporting business end users.
    Experience working with technical and non-technical resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field from an accredited College or University
    Preferred experience with business solutions common in the Oil and Gas Industry, such as MyQuorum, Peloton Wellview, SiteView, Procount / eVIN / Carte, Aries, or FlowCal
    Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
    Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, and stooping.
    Occasional lifting, up to 25 pounds.
    Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
