    KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst (Learning Management Systems-Cornerstone OnDemand) for our client in Irving, TX.

    Major Responsibilities


    The primary purpose and function of the Analyst, People Systems LMS is to design, develop and implement solutions to enhance performance.

    Lead and assist with configuration, integration, customization, and data management of the organizations Learning Management System (LMS). This individual will also develop custom reports, expand content capabilities, and work on special projects to meet client/stakeholder needs.

    Oversee day-to-day administration of the Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System


    Which includes:
    Answering Help Desk tickets for end user support.
    Testing all software updates/enhancements to ensure continuity of system.
    Maintain training catalogs.
    Ensure training content is always running without interruption, nor quality degradation.
    Maintain vendor relationship to ensure responsiveness and collaboration for troubleshooting.
    Configure and maintain yearly training schedule and backend tasks to ensure smooth learning experience.
    Make course assignments as needed.
    Update content as needed.
    Create and deploy annual performance and talent review process.
    Troubleshoot integration with 3rd party systems (i.e., Workday)
    Maintain reports in Reporting 2.0.
    Provide security administration for Cornerstone system.
    Develop relationship with Organization Development and Training departments as primary internal customers.

    Identify root causes and provide updates and recommendations to leadership that will deliver a decrease in frequency and severity of system issues reported by end users.

    In addition, keeps up- to-date on system patches and new features and functionality.
    Other duties as assigned by Management.


    REQUIRED:
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resource, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. In lieu of degree, +2 years of experience is required.
    3-5 years of experience configuring & maintaining with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)


    PREFERRED:
    Experience performing PowerBI configuration and deployment.
    Experience in a multi-regional healthcare, retail, or dental company.
