Dishwasher job duties and responsibilities include

• Collecting, washing, and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment and machines
• Sorting, stacking, and storing clean dishes and utensils in designated areas
• Restocking items and helping prepare cook stations
• Sweeping and scrubbing kitchen floors and disposing of trash
• Monitoring dish machine water temperature and cleanliness

The local support and success of our tap house have allowed for the recent expansion and development of our top-shelf bourbon program and expansion of our brand name to include Bauernhof Klause; BK Tap Haus & Bourbon Room which can now arguably be referred to as one of the best bourbon programs in the Twin Cities.

BK Tap Haus also provides a confident opening kitchen dining experience focusing on tasty gastropub culinary that complements our craft beer and bourbon programs; jumbo salted pretzels with our house jalapeño cheddar cheese sauce, jumbo chicken wings, kielbasas and bratwursts, pierogi, our schnitzel sandwich, and our famed BBQ cowboy burger among a few.
