Site/Civil Project Manager 1 - Westfield

As a Site / Civil Project Manager at Tighe & Bond in Westfield MA you will join our Land Use team where you'll play a key role in delivering vital infrastructure projects across the Northeast.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering design tasks for civil/site development projects
- Develop project plans allocate resources establish project schedules ensure timely cost-effective project delivery
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients regulatory agencies project stakeholders provide technical guidance resolve design conflicts address project requirements throughout all phases manage environmental permitting documents comply with regulations oversee applications land use permits stormwater management plans environmental impact assessments mentor junior engineers foster culture collaboration professional growth apply advanced technical skills site/civil design utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D HydroCAD conduct quality control reviews ensure accuracy consistency across deliverables integrate sustainable design principles LEED ENV SP guidelines into approaches analyze risks develop mitigation strategies make informed decisions related cost implications technical feasibility project schedules perform other duties assigned by supervisor
