- Offer and provide wealth and investment management advisory services
- In collaboration with operating companies, provide opportunities to expand offerings in areas of capital raising, M&A, strategy advisory, exit planning and execution, etc.
- 10+ years of relevant investment advisory / wealth management experience for clientele, including HNWI (or UHNWI)
- Clean compliance/regulatory history with active FINRA licenses (i.e., 7, 63, 65, 66, 79)
- Previous wealth management and M&A experience is a plus
