    Position Overview

    For an ambitious and experienced Investment Advisor, this is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a start-up that is part of an established financial services organization that is team-oriented and highly collaborative with a successful track record of client retention.

    This is a licensed RIA dedicated to helping clients achieve financial goals and manage wealth for businesses, families, trusts and individuals – AUM, Financial Planning "Fee for Service" and Transactional Basis.

    Based in Los Angeles, the role is hybrid with great flexibility to work remotely.

    Core Focus

    • Offer and provide wealth and investment management advisory services
    • In collaboration with operating companies, provide opportunities to expand offerings in areas of capital raising, M&A, strategy advisory, exit planning and execution, etc.

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of relevant investment advisory / wealth management experience for clientele, including HNWI (or UHNWI)
    • Clean compliance/regulatory history with active FINRA licenses (i.e., 7, 63, 65, 66, 79)
    • Previous wealth management and M&A experience is a plus

    Compensation

    The role offers target base salary in the range of $100-120K plus commission plus bonus.
