Role Description:
The Production Support Lead (Functional) must have at least 5+ years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and leadership to the production support team.
• Lead daily standup meetings for the production support team.
• Triage production issues and drive them to resolution.
• Drive and report on incident SLA compliance.
• Provide project leadership with updates on trending production issues.
• Facilitate client meetings for high priority production issues.
• Attend and provide updates for production release follow up meetings.
• Drive creation of RCCA documentation for major incidents
• Create release notes for production defect fixes.
• Provide daily guidance and direction to production support tester.

Expected Deliverables:

• Release notes.
• SLA reports
• Testing progress reports.

Required Skills:

• Experience in leading a team.
• Working knowledge ticket management or SDLC.

Education:
