    Salad and Go is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to support various marketing functions with the execution of brand, market and store-specific marketing strategies and tactics with the goal to increase local awareness, drive product adoption and build positive guest experiences across all markets.


    As the Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will:

    Manage tactical elements of seasonal menu projects traffic creative updates and manage timelinesMaintain store lists, location details, and menu information across 3rd party digital channels and owned websites to ensure stores are represented with consistent, high-quality content on digital platformsSupport brand marketing with projects, creative assets, and content that will be utilized across the brand; including menu materials, local store marketing collateral, store signage and creative assetsWork with designers and agencies to develop marketing assets and collateral to support initiativesIdentify industry best practices and look across competitive set to share learnings and inform marketing strategiesBe a proactive, team player with enthusiasm to learn and a willingness to help wherever it is neededRequirementsBachelors degree in marketing, advertising or communications1-3 years prior work experience in marketing or related fieldAn understanding of a broad range of marketing functions, including advertising, branding, digital marketing and social mediaStrong project management, multitasking, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationDriven by compassion and integrity, keeping the values and mission of SAG as a focusCreative and able to think out-of-the-box to identify unique solutions and opportunitiesHighly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing needsBenefitsCompetitive pay + bonus potentialOpen PTO ProgramHealth, dental and vision insurance401(k) with company matchGrowth potential with a fast-growing companyComplimentary Salad and Go foodConsistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Salad and Go will provide reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process when requested by a qualified applicant or employee with a disability, unless such accommodation would cause an undue hardship.
