Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent and NJ Pharmacy Technician Certification/License is required to start- This person must be comfortable on the phones and have previous delivery coordination and claims/billing experience. - Have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of hospital personnel; - Perform basic office environment tasks; - Have the aptitude to maintain proficiency in all Pharmacy computer systems, automated dispensing cabinet software and systems, and all technical equipment - - Required to perform duties; and possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and the Internet. High volume retail pharmacy - Recognize common drug names, and select proper drug, dosage form, strength and quantity, as appropriate for review by the Pharmacist. - Throughout the work period you will be coordinating deliveries and pickups via Phone. - You will also provide timely communication to the Pharmacist for checking and general activities including proper customer service, patient/employee safety, operational/schedule needs, inventory control, etc- Customer Service / Communication skills
