    Aspen Kralich, a third-generation State Farm Agent, is actively seeking to expand our dedicated and industrious team. Guided by our mission, we aim to assist individuals in managing life's risks, navigating unforeseen challenges, and fulfilling their aspirations.

    We seek driven individuals with a background in sales or insurance who possess a genuine concern for people and aspire to enhance lives through comprehensive coverage. Joining Aspen Kralich's State Farm Agency offers not only the opportunity to obtain licenses for Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance but also enables you to cultivate expertise in sales and customer service to support your personal and professional aspirations.

    Responsibilities:
    • Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options.
    • Generate leads, arrange appointments, identify client requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
    • Uphold a strong work ethic, demonstrating unwavering integrity and dedication to success daily.
    • Collaborate closely within a team environment, actively participating in regular meetings and ongoing joint endeavors.

    Requirements:

    We are seeking candidates eager to enhance their skills and share the significance of insurance and financial products in assisting individuals in managing everyday risks and realizing their dreams.
    • Property & Casualty License (must obtain)
    • Life & Health License (must obtain)
    • Preferred track record of achieving sales targets
    • Sales experience is advantageous
    • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Self-motivated
    • Results driven
    • Goal oriented

    Compensation: $40,000-$55,000 Per Year

    Our compensation structure encompasses a blend of salary and commission, reflecting the potential for high earnings within our thriving market.
    With our commitment to team development, we are confident in your ability to achieve substantial compensation.

    Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM, based in Austin, TX
